  I had a mixed experience with Felicity J Lord Greenwich, I mostly worked with Mahdi. Things started off well, and initially the process felt smooth. However, after putting in an offer on a studio flat, I later discovered that the size of the property had been miscommunicated to me (and the property wasn’t advertised at the time). As a result, I decided to reduce my offer. Unfortunately, this led to the seller becoming offended and pulling out of the sale. What was disappointing was that this situation stemmed from incorrect information, yet there was no acknowledgement or apology. After this, I wasn’t contacted again or supported in finding alternative properties. A couple of months later, I reached out again myself to restart the process. During a second attempt, I received an offer letter that included a clause I had not agreed to and was not fully informed about beforehand, which raised further concerns and ultimately led me to withdraw again. Overall, I feel there needs to be more honesty and transparency with buyers, as these issues impacted my trust in the process. While the experience started positively, the lack of clarity and follow-up made it disappointing overall.

  We had the pleasure to work with Joseph Ponan when we were looking for a flat to buy in Blackheath. The process wasn’t easy (as we were part of a chain) but he helped us along the way and always made sure we had everything we needed to make it as smooth as painless as possible. Cannot recommend him or the state agency enough.
